Please be informed about an outstanding experience I had, August 7, 2024, with Mariel Arzola. She is exceptional. I interviewed four companies for the services I needed, and Ms. Arzola was extremely professional. She not only patiently answered a slew of questions I posed, but also followed up several times to make sure I didn’t have any other queries while deciding what company to use.
Ms. Arzola’s attention to detail regarding rent analysis was spot on. My rental is a large historic home, fully furnished, and located in the heart of Dallas. This is not an easy neighborhood to get comps to define an accurate rental price; the available comps didn’t quite match my rental’s size, location, nor amenities. Ms. Arzola doubled down and spent the time researching the area, the attributes of the home, and potential fair rental pricing for this unit. I was very impressed. She stated that her first attempt at assigning a rental price was insufficient and that after she researched how the comps were not salient to the pricing of my rental, she presented a well thought out and supported argument for a rental price that was not only accurate to the property but fair in my mind. Who does this kind of time intensive work knowing that a potential client may not sign with her? Ms. Arzola did, and I am incredibly impressed.
